Beware! Don't trust these people with you special day.

Terrible experience!! Overcharged, treated rudely, and promised what was not given, namely, a peaceful, pleasant wedding experience. These people ruined my daughter's wedding, then proceeded to blame her for every delay, lie about their part in the delays, and accuse her of "alcohol and drug abuse", because she had a glass of wine, and took excedrine for a headache! A lady named Connie, her daughter Sarah, and whoever the "hairdresser" was, have all lied, wrongly accused, and caused untold, unnecessary misery to my daughter, which is a trajedy, especially after all the years she waited for her dream wedding in the Smokey Mountains. I hope and pray that we can make enough people aware of the lack of integrity, professionalism, compassion, and kindess that these people displayed, not to mention the inflated prices of the services that they provide (and a fraudulant charge for work the "hairdresser" did that was already paid), so as to maybe help other young couples and their families avoid what we have had to endure at the hands of these people.
