The vet, Dr. Ryan is great but dont expect any personality from the staff up front, the China girl is whom we call the Ice maiden, if she does not like you and she does not like most people who come in it seems , particuarly women), she will stone wall you, if your pet is dying dont talk to her, she wont help you one bit and for the rest, no smiles or personality as well, you will be lucky if they even speak or glance at you when you first walk in, that is if they are not gossiping about the girls downstairs in front of the customers. But otherwise Dr. Ryan is a nice and very good vet, you will like, that is if you can get in to see him

Dr. Ryan and his vet staff have always been caring, compassionate individuals who have ministered to my pets needs. I have known Dinny, Nancy, and other vets there for over 17 years and would not think of going to any other vet. The person who was distressed over charges obviously did not listen to what the staff said. You have the right to have lab work done at the time you have surgeries or not. At least I always have. Great vets and they are top dog in my book.

We adopted a dog from the humane society and were told we could pick him up from Dr. Ryan's office when his neuter was complete. We decide to have a other dog neutered at the same time so we could bring them home together in a relaxed state. We called and gave our dogs full desciption and was quoted $67.00 . I brought our dog there between 8-8:30 as told to and when signing him was told it would be $155.00 after going round and around with the 2 women behind the desk I was basicly told O Well ,I canceled his appt. and said i will pick up my adopted dog later after his surgery. When i did go to pick up my new boy they charged me an additional $42 for services that no one from the humane society or myself approved. Of cource if i didn't pay I wouldn't get my dog so they new what they were doing. Later that day i was talking with someone at the pet store i shop at and they said they have heard this about Dr. Ryans office before. I will be contacting the humane society then the better bus. ,

We've been going to the Sevier County Animal Clinic for 7 years now, it is the *ONLY* veterinarian we will take our Labrador to. Dr.Dinny is by far the best Veterinarian you will ever encounter, not only is he great at his job but he has a true gift when it comes to understanding animals. The staff there are friendly & courteous and will always be more than happy to work you in for an appointment. We use them for boarding as well when we go out of town, the facilities are terrific & the prices are very reasonable.
